Key Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; MBA would be preferred.

- Must have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end hiring through various channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs, etc.

- Should be strong in sourcing and screening nonIT hiring roles such as – Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Ops, and Legal.

- Stakeholder management and coordination.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Dashboard and Excel skills

Key Result Areas

- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring channels.





- Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

- Support onboarding activities, including documentation collection and current joiner formalities.

- Coordinate induction sessions and maintain employee records and HR trackers.

- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other day-to-day HR activities.

- Provide administrative support for HR operations and employee-related processes.
