Job Overview

Richmond Talent Solutions is looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter with 25 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. Candidates with prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy and team-handling experience will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements while meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across various industries.
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide timely updates.
- Negotiate salary expectations, manage offer rollouts, and follow up until candidates join.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily or weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment targets and client-specific timelines are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Guide and support recruitment team members, if applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment is essential.
- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy is highly preferred.
- Team-handling or team-coordination experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and resume screening.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience managing multiple client requirements in a consultancy workplace.
- Candidates who can independently handle the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Candidates with a proven track record of meeting hiring targets.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
