Job Summary:

The TA Associate works closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to support high-impact hiring and deliver a outstanding candidate experience. This role focuses on executing end-to-end recruitment, building pipelines, and ensuring smooth coordination across the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support hiring managers and TA Leads in executing structured hiring plans across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics roles
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Source top talent from the industry
- Conduct competency-based screening interviews to assess skills, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records on ATS and support reporting on hiring metrics
- Contribute to diversity hiring by building inclusive pipelines
- Stay updated on talent trends and share relevant market insights with the team

Skills and Attributes for Success:

- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech hiring
- Hands-on experience sourcing for Product, Engineering, Design, or Analytics roles
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools




- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
