Roles and Responsibilities :**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet business demands through volume hiring campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans to fill them.
- Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in sales hiring or talent acquisition within IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring) with high accuracy rates.
- Solid understanding of mass recruitment/mass hiring principles and ability to apply them effectively.
