Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and hiring talent across various pharmaceutical functions while ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical industry positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Recruit for various pharmaceutical functions, including Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Research and Development (R&D;), Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with HR operations for pre-joining documentation and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry roles and job requirements.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS reporting.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical recruitment is preferred.
- Exposure to lateral hiring, bulk hiring, or niche hiring is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple positions independently from sourcing to joining.
