With a legacy of 70+ years, we are accelerating our growth journey and looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional to join us as Deputy Manager / Manager – Talent Acquisition.

Location: Delhi

Experience: 7–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate functions, from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
- Partner with business leaders to drive timely, quality hiring aligned with business needs.
- Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, AI-driven tools, and qualified networks.
- Drive campus recruitment with premier institutes, including IIMs and IITs.
- Manage recruitment partners, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio,



vacancy ageing, source-wise hiring effectiveness, quality of hire, and early attrition.
- Analyse recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency and drive continuous process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

- 7–10 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to Sales and Manufacturing hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lateral, bulk, and mid-to-senior-level hiring.
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and talent intelligence.
