What would you be doing?

You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to help build the team that’s building creator-led commerce in India. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own real parts of the hiring funnel from day one, across tech, product, business, and operations roles.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, college networks, and communities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for open and upcoming roles
- Write and post job descriptions and run targeted outreach that actually gets replies

Screening & Coordination

- Screen resumes against role requirements and run initial screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates and hiring managers, keeping the process moving without drop-offs
- Make sure every candidate has a smooth, responsive, and positive experience with Wishlink

Hiring Ops & Data

- Keep the ATS and hiring trackers clean and up to date
- Track funnel metrics like time-to-shortlist,



source effectiveness, and interview-to-offer ratios, and flag bottlenecks early
- Help build SOPs, templates, and processes as we scale our hiring

What are we looking for?

- A recent graduate or final-year student
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition, people, and building teams at a fast-growing startup
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfort speaking with candidates at all levels
- Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail: you won’t let a candidate slip through the cracks or an interview go unscheduled
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or an ATS is a bonus
- Bias for action: you follow up, follow through, and own outcomes end-to-end
- Bonus: prior internship in recruitment or HR, or experience using AI tools to speed up sourcing and screening
