Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
- Support the HR team in achieving hiring targets.





Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and students interested in HR can apply.
- Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation are welcome.
- Prior recruitment knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
