Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer closure.

- Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Understand job descriptions and identify candidates who match the required skills and experience.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer discussions.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.





- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining the quality of hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong candidate screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.

- Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
