Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing:

- Identify and attract top talent through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.

- Schedule and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates skills, cultural fit, and qualifications.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Engagement:





- Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely feedback.

- Act as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process and provide updates on their status.

Key Skills and Competencies

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and job boards.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and candidates.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales, marketing, or tech-based roles.

- Familiarity with bulk hiring and campus recruitment processes is a plus.

- Robust understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends.
