Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Payroll Management and Recruitment, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage Payroll Processing: salary administration, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
- HR Operations: employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.




- Partner with business leaders to support manpower planning and workforce engagement.
- Drive HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll systems, HR compliance, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Male candidates preferred for this role.
