Responsibilities

- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.

- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).

- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

- Working on recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.

- Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.

- Manage Learning & Development programs.

- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.





- Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and perks and organizing team building activities.

Qualification

- Energetic Female with Excellent English Communication & Presentation skills.

- Must have good command over MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

- Must have an experience of handling Job portals.

- Must have good experience of HR Generalist profile.

- Ready to travel within branches.
