Medinext Solutions is a U.S.-focused healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company supporting medical and dental practices across the United States.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Talent Acquisition Executives. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply, and candidates with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial screening calls.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates who match the required skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Support recruitment for a diverse range of technical, non-technical, operational, and business development positions.
- Work closely with the team to understand hiring priorities and meet recruitment timelines.

Requirements:

- Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will have an advantage.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Education: Graduates from any discipline can apply. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
