We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us hire the best talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. If you have a passion for recruitment, employer branding, and strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to find top talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, phone interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the companys employer brand to attract quality candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Diversity & Inclusion:



Promote diversity hiring initiatives.
- HR & Compliance: Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).

Requirements Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
