We are looking for a skilled Talend Developer with strong ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience to develop, maintain, and optimize data integration pipelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration, data transformation, workflow automation, and PostgreSQL or other relational databases. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective data processing, data quality, and reliable data movement across systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend Data Integration.

- Build and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple data sources and target databases.

- Develop and optimize data workflows to ensure efficient processing of large datasets.

- Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases to perform data loading, validation, and transformation.

- Troubleshoot ETL job failures, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement appropriate solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and quality throughout ETL processes.

- Monitor scheduled ETL jobs, investigate errors, and support production data integration activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable integration solutions.

- Document ETL workflows, technical specifications, and data transformation logic.





- Use Python scripting or other programming languages for data processing and automation tasks, where required.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and ETL development.

- Good understanding of ETL concepts, data transformation, and data integration processes.

- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

- Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and data validation.

- Experience optimizing ETL workflows and handling large volumes of data.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of Python scripting or other programming languages is an added advantage.

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in ETL performance tuning and data pipeline automation.

- Familiarity with database structures, data mapping, and transformation rules.

- Experience monitoring and maintaining production ETL jobs.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
