About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to provide application and production support for business-critical systems in a customer support environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Java, APIs, Unix, and SQL, along with experience using AI tools to support troubleshooting and production operations.

This role focuses on application-level troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support rather than infrastructure, platform, or DevOps support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide application and production support to maintain the stability and reliability of business-critical systems.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents and production issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis by examining application logs, system behaviour, and database outputs.
- Work with Java applications, APIs, Unix/Linux environments, and SQL databases to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Use AI tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency, incident analysis, and customer support processes.
- Collaborate with development, application support, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document incidents, technical findings, and resolutions to improve support processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance application performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Mid-level to senior experience in systems analysis, application support, or production support.
- Strong working knowledge of Java, APIs, Unix/Linux, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience supporting applications in a live production or customer support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting,



analytical, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience using AI tools in a production or customer support environment.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background
- Previous experience with Unisys India.
- Exposure to LINC, EAE, and AB Suite technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise or legacy applications.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in Coimbatore, Chennai, or Bengaluru, India.

Candidates may work remotely from their location within these cities, subject to the engagement requirements.
