Key Responsibilities

- Support and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Write and maintain scripts using Python and PowerShell to automate routine tasks.

- Perform basic system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Assist with operating system configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to operating systems and scripts.

- Collaborate with team members to support daily IT operations and system-related activities.

Required Skills

- Strong fundamentals of operating systems.

- Basic to good programming knowledge in Python.

- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.

- Good logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to learn current technologies and work effectively in a team.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

- Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals may also be considered, depending on the hiring requirements.
