Summary: Lead the entire team and provide expert inputs.

Draw upon previous expertise in development and O&M; of landfill site, collection, transportation, processing and supervision of solid waste management activities.

Review of DPR, drawings, completion schedule and O&M; plan to be submitted by the concessionaire.

Review of landfill construction, Processing facility and other ongoing/ proposed civil works.

Review tipping fee statements, do periodic test and site visit, ensure that the concessionaire meets all the requirements as per the concession agreement.
