We are hiring a Support Lead with expertise in Office 365, Exchange, MS Teams, and Azure. This role is based in Mumbai and requires a qualified with 6 10 years of support experience in enterprise IT environments. If you are skilled in Exchange migration, troubleshooting, automation scripting, and security administration, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:-

- As a Support Lead Office 365 / Exchange / MS Teams, you will:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, and ODFB.
- Manage Exchange Online, MS Teams, email gateway, archiving, and journaling solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365 environments.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Work with MS Azure and Azure AD for identity & access management.
- Ensure compliance with AIP (Azure Information Protection) and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).
- Support migration projects and coordinate with global teams.
