Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager role located in Delhi, India.
The Supply
Chain & Warehouse Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and warehousing for pet products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
The role involves optimizing warehouse layout and processes, implementing best practices in storage and handling, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The manager will also analyze operational data, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support a superior customer experience.
Qualifications
- Robust demand planning and analytical skills to forecast needs, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Experience in supply management and procurement, including vendor coordination and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in inventory management, with the ability to maintain accurate stock records and minimize shrinkage.
- Hands-on experience managing warehouse operations, including layout planning, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS or inventory software and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff, with strong people management and communication skills.
- Proven track record in retail, FMCG, or pet products supply chain is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
