Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, GRN, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, stock transfers and returns/RTO.
- Oversee B2B and B2C order fulfilment and ensure adherence to operational SLAs and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, ageing, damages, cycle counts and warehouse capacity.
- Manage transportation, courier partners, 3PL vendors, last-mile delivery and reverse logistics.
- Lead warehouse teams, Assistant Managers and supervisors while ensuring manpower productivity and performance.
- Control warehouse and logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, audits and inventory control processes.
- Monitor WMS/ERP systems, operational MIS, KPIs and process improvement initiatives.
- Plan warehouse capacity, manpower and logistics for new launches, peak sales and increased business volumes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service and other internal teams.
- Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in warehouse, logistics,



distribution or supply chain operations.
- Solid experience in both B2B and B2C fulfilment operations.
- Experience in managing multiple warehouses or pan-India operations is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of WMS/ERP, inventory management, transportation and 3PL management.
- Strong team leadership, vendor management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, nutrition or consumer products is preferred.
