Position Summary The Senior Engineer I Supply Chain Performance is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain excellence through performance management, planning optimization, inventory control, operational analytics, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capabilities, material availability, and business objectives while leading initiatives that improve service, cost, inventory, and productivity performance.

This position serves as a key catalyst for operational excellence by deploying digital tools, performance governance, and continuous improvement methodologies across the plant and supply chain network.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- MBA / APICS / Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Experience

- 812 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Planning, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in manufacturing environments such as Electrical Distribution, Switchgear, Industrial Automation, or related industries preferred.
