- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy or relevant field with healthcare supply chain experience

- Plan demand and supply, manage warehouse operations, coordinate procurement and logistics, monitor inventory and costs, ensure compliance and support audits, implement process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan demand and supply requirements based on centre consumption, stock levels, indents and operational needs.

- Coordinate procurement, inventory availability and material movement to ensure uninterrupted centre operations.

- Manage warehouse/stores operations, including receipt, storage, stock issue, transfer and distribution of materials.

- Monitor medicines, reagents, consumables and housekeeping supplies for stock levels, batch/expiry, storage conditions and movement.

- Coordinate GRN, inward/outward documentation, stock reconciliation and physical verification with relevant teams.

- Manage material distribution and logistics to ensure timely delivery to assigned centres and minimise shortages or excess stock.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, Logistics, Finance and Cluster Managers for supply-related requirements and issues.

- Monitor supply chain costs, wastage,



stock ageing and inventory efficiency and identify cost-control opportunities.

- Maintain supply chain MIS covering demand, stock, procurement status, distribution, shortages, expiry and reconciliation.

- Ensure compliance with approved storage, handling, documentation and inventory processes and support audits.

- Identify supply risks and develop contingency measures to maintain business continuity.

- Review supply chain performance and implement process improvements based on operational requirements and KPIs.

Qualification &

- Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Pharmacy or a relevant field.

- Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, diagnostics or healthcare supply chain operations.
