Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) to understand business requirements and prepare purchase orders.
- Manage procurement process from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely execution of orders.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to order fulfillment, quality, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and maintain a database for spare parts management.
- Provide support in implementing SAP ERP system for effective supply chain operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination role.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP system, particularly Order Processing, Order Management, Sales Order Processing, Order Execution modules.
