Having knowledge on electrical parts including EV-specific parts (BMS, Electric motors , Switches, IBU, ACU, wiring harnesses, and headlamps , etc . (Min 6 Years of experience in handling electrical parts)

Exposure to PCB assembly processes - SMT Manufacturing (Stencil printing, Component placing, Reflow soldering, AOI/EOL, Testing etc.).

Collaborate with NPD/Production / Supplier teams and Identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions at the supplier s end.

Monitor Vehicle Assy FTTQ Inline /Field Issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier end .

Having Robust knowledge in AIAG Core tools (SPC,MSA,PFMEA,CP,APQP).

Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.

Managing T1, T2~Tn Suppliers, Plan/Conduct regular audits at supplier end to validate process product.

Ensure compliance and assist suppliers with adherence to the Quality Management System ( IATF16949/ISO9001 ).
