Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-8 years of experience in civil construction or building construction industry.
- Robust understanding of site engineering principles and practices.
- Proven track record in supervisory roles with excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
