- Experience in manpower sourcing and bulk hiring for skilled and unskilled roles
- Identify and source candidates, conduct recruitment drives, coordinate employee deployment, and manage absenteeism and attrition replacements
- Identify and source candidates for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled positions.
- Conduct field-level recruitment through references, job portals, local contacts, and recruitment drives.
- Contact candidates and explain job roles, salary, working hours, location, facilities, and employment terms.
- Coordinate employee deployment to client locations.
- Arrange replacement employees whenever there is absenteeism or employee attrition.
- Visit client locations regularly to understand manpower requirements and resolve employee-related issues.
