We are looking for an experienced banking collections supervisor to support training, quality, compliance, and operational activities across assigned locations.

The role is suitable for professionals with strong experience in banking collections who have previously handled team supervision, training coordination, quality monitoring, or collection operations.

The selected candidate will coordinate with training supervisors, operations, quality, and other teams to monitor performance, maintain process standards, support employee development, and ensure compliance across assigned locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate training and operational activities across assigned locations.
- Work closely with the Zonal Training Manager and Training Supervisors.
- Prepare and maintain training calendars for the assigned zone.
- Monitor and validate new-hire training certification and performance.
- Ensure training processes and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Monitor employee performance against defined targets.
- Identify performance gaps and provide inputs for improvement.
- Monitor call listening and feedback sessions.
- Maintain call quality examples and reference libraries.
- Prepare refresher training materials and coordinate implementation.
- Track complaints and escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain proper records of complaints, escalations, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Training, Quality, and other teams.
- Support resolution of issues related to dialer systems, LMS, and training infrastructure.




- Prepare regular reports related to training, performance, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure required documentation and records are properly maintained.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong experience in banking collections is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a supervisor, team leader, or team coordination role.
- Positive understanding of banking collection processes and customer interactions.
- Experience working with training, quality, or operations teams.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and process adherence.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities across different locations.
- Strong team management and follow-up skills.

EDUCATION Any graduate degree.

Relevant experience in banking collections, collections operations, training, quality, or operations will be preferred.

SALARY

Rs. 3.0 - Rs. 3.5 LPA based on relevant experience and skills.
