We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented employee to maintain daily factory records and monitor material movement and production activities.
Responsibilities: Record all inward and outward materials, including raw materials and finished goods. Maintain daily production records for all machines. Track raw material consumption, finished goods, and available stock. Maintain dispatch records and delivery details. Record material wastage and production shortages. Maintain daily registers and update records in Excel. Coordinate with production staff, store personnel, and management. Prepare daily production and stock reports.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Experience in factory stores, inventory, or production record-keeping is preferred. Positive numerical skills and attention to detail. Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
