Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful go-live and post-go-live support.

- Provide expert-level support for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding modules.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using SF RCM/Onb tools.

- Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on SF RCM/Onb best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues related to SF RCM/Onb implementations, including data migration, workflow configuration, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in recruitment management or a related field.

- Robust understanding of SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding modules.

- Proven track record of leading implementation projects from start to finish.

- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
