Position: SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Any Location – Temporarily Remote

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Notice Period: Immediate to Short-Term Joiners Preferred

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Prior experience in a Lead role
- Experience with Mini Master integration
- Robust integration experience with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- End-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and configuration.
- At least 2 full-cycle EC implementations.
- Position Management, Contingent Worker Management,



Mass Changes and Document Generation.
- Foundation Objects, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Mini Master integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Integration with Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 and other SuccessFactors modules.
- SAP CPI and external system integrations.
- Data migration, SIT, UAT, testing and post-go-live support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes.
