- Experience in SuccessFactors delivery and digital HR transformations with client management skills

- Manage SuccessFactors team, drive SAP HCM and SuccessFactors business, lead programme management and business development

for SF AD :-
- Practice Management, experience in driving large Digital HR Transformations enabled through SuccessFactors

- SuccessFactors hands on delivery experience

- Client relationship experience handing Indian and overseas customers in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors space

- Responsible for managing the SuccessFactors team and overseeing team and capability development

- SAP HCM experience is an added benefit

- Programme Management with Solutioning capabilities to support the project teams

- Business Development
- Robust sense of ownership, will be responsible for driving the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors business in the region - West (Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad)
