Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Study Abroad & Visa Consultant to guide students through the overseas education process. The candidate will counsel students regarding international study opportunities, university admissions, course selection, scholarships, documentation, and student visa applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities in countries such as Italy, France, the UK, Australia, Canada, and other destinations.

- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations.

- Recommend suitable universities, courses, and admission pathways.

- Assist students with university applications, admission requirements, SOPs, LORs, CVs, and other supporting documents.

- Guide students regarding scholarships, tuition fees, living expenses, and available funding opportunities.

- Assist with student visa documentation, application procedures, appointment scheduling, and interview preparation.

- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission and visa process.

- Generate leads, conduct follow-up calls, and convert prospective students into clients.

- Maintain accurate student records, application updates, and follow-up reports in the CRM.

- Stay updated on university admission requirements, scholarship deadlines,



and visa regulations.

- Maintain skilled relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.

- Good knowledge of international education and student visa procedures.

- Strong interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and CRM software.

- Ability to manage multiple student applications and meet deadlines.

- Fluency in English and Hindi.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in study abroad counselling, overseas education, student recruitment, or visa consultancy.

- Knowledge of university applications, scholarship processes, and student visa documentation.

- Experience in lead management and achieving counselling or sales targets.
