Position: Studio Manager

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Salary: ₹30,000/month in-hand + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the company in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills, operational capabilities, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the detailing studio.
- Handle customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable CAROSS services.
- Drive sales and revenue for the studio and achieve monthly targets.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, follow-ups, referrals, and other sources.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with the detailing/service team to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Manage the studio team and allocate daily work/responsibilities.
- Ensure proper customer communication before, during, and after the service.
- Maintain records of bookings, sales, customer details, payments, and daily performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Ensure the studio maintains proper cleanliness, discipline, presentation, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and basic studio requirements and coordinate for timely replenishment.




- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, leads, bookings, conversions, and studio performance.
- Work closely with the management team to improve sales and customer experience.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Studio/Store/Branch/Showroom Management, Sales, Operations, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and daily operations.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales incentives.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates from automobile, car detailing, automotive sales, showroom, retail, premium services, hospitality, or similar customer-facing businesses will be preferred.

Compensation

₹30,000 per month in-hand + performance-based incentives.

The incentive structure will be based on the studio's sales/performance targets.
