Position Title:- Student Support Executive

Job Purpose To address student queries and provide timely support for technical, academic, and operational concerns related to online and offline courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student queries through Support and Online Support email IDs, phone calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve issues related to course access, login credentials, batch/mode shifts, batch/course/session transfers, refunds, contact detail updates, and centre changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and centres to resolve student concerns and obtain necessary management approvals.
- Maintain student request records and approval documents in soft and hard copies.
- Send login credentials and group links to newly enrolled students daily.




- Assist students visiting the centre and issue permission cards as per the prescribed process.
- Complete priority tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager and higher authorities.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and student-handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and email handling.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education & Experience

- Graduate with having 4yrs of relevant experience in education or Edtech sector.
