Job Summary

Santa Monica Study Abroad is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Student Relations Executive to support students interested in overseas education. The candidate will assist with student enquiries, coordinate consultations, maintain communication with prospective students, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, emails, messages, and in-person interactions.

- Provide general information about study abroad services and the student counselling process.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with the education counselling team.

- Follow up with prospective students regarding their enquiries and scheduled appointments.

- Maintain accurate student enquiry records and update information in the company's system.





- Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams to ensure timely communication.

- Assist students with general service-related questions and direct specialised queries to the appropriate counsellor.

- Collect student feedback and help address service-related concerns.

- Maintain confidentiality of student information and follow company policies.

- Support daily office operations and student relationship activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in English; Malayalam language skills are an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge, including email and office applications.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
