Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial and legal documents such as credit agreements, term sheets, and transaction memos.
- Build and update risk models, borrowing base models, and perform stress testing on investment deals.
- Monitor covenant compliance, key performance indicators, and trigger events for structured finance transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate client reporting, SLA adherence, and ongoing surveillance of investment metrics.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and streamline workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and manage delegation and workload distribution.
- Requires robust financial modelling skills, understanding of corporate credit, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Preferred qualifications include MBA/advanced finance degree and experience in investment banking, investment management, or financial advisory.
