Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site structural engineer role based in Bhopal. The structural engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for a variety of infrastructure and building projects, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing calculations, developing and checking structural drawings and models using CAD tools, and coordinating with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs.

The role also involves site visits to assess structural conditions, support construction teams,



resolve technical issues, and verify that work conforms to design specifications. The structural engineer will contribute to technical documentation, reports, and design reviews and support continuous improvement in engineering processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in civil engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to a range of infrastructure and building projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and complex engineering calculations for steel, concrete, and other structural systems.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing, reviewing, and modifying structural drawings and models.
- Master's/bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian and international codes, standards, and best practices for structural design and construction.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams and site personnel.
- 4-6 years prior experience in infrastructure projects such as water treatment plants, irrigation works, or building construction is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Jaipur and conduct regular visits to project locations as required.
