Job Summary

Bluebox Architects is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural design, analysis, detailing, and site coordination for building projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate effectively with architectural, MEP, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures.
- Prepare structural drawings, design calculations, reinforcement details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
- Review architectural drawings and identify potential structural conflicts.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure construction complies with approved structural drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical solutions for structural issues encountered during construction.
- Review reinforcement drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, building regulations, and structural safety standards.




- Monitor construction quality and provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of structural designs, drawings, revisions, and site observations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design and coordination activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, or equivalent tools.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, structural detailing, and applicable IS codes.
- Experience in building projects and multidisciplinary coordination is preferred.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
