- Recruit and onboard live streaming agencies across India.
- Recruit and manage male and female live streaming hosts.
- Develop new agency partnerships and expand the host network.
- Manage agency and host registrations, verification and activation.
- Monitor host performance, live streaming hours and daily activities.
- Manage admin panel operations.
- Track host earnings, agency commissions, gifts, coins and withdrawal requests.
- Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports.
- Achieve agency and host recruitment targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in live streaming or agency management.
- Experience with Tango Live, Bigo Live, MICO or similar platforms preferred.
- Existing network of agencies and live streaming hosts is a strong advantage.
- Good communication, recruitment and team management skills.
- Knowledge of live streaming operations, host payouts and agency commissions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
