Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Store Executive to manage material planning, inventory control, and site-store operations for civil construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction materials, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at the project site.

- Receive, inspect, and maintain proper records of incoming materials.

- Ensure timely issue of materials as per approved requirements.

- Maintain GRN, material issue/receipt records, stock registers, and inventory reports.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability.





- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Ensure proper storage, preservation, and identification of construction materials.

- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Accounts, and Site teams.

- Control material wastage, shortages, and unauthorized issues.

- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate store documentation.
