- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining them.
- Ensure store VM is as per standards
Build up brand loyalty
- Recommend or suggest with valuable feedback to improve the efficiency of the store.
- Build connect with customer to increase the frequency of customers visit to the store
