:- 1 . Process Institutionalization

- Ensuring Implementation of Prosoft 2.0 across the region.
- Ensuring implementation of Scrap Policy across all store locations.
- Ensuring Inventory management and analysis as required with prime focus towards Ageing Analysis
- Advanced Material Planning & work in co-ordination with Project Planners across the project locations.
- Ensuring all store operations are running smoothly across the locations.
- Ensuring recent store infrastructure development,
- Tracking for assigned stores complete Asset Capitalization & Proper updating of FAR (Fixed Asset Register)

2. Process Control measures

- Conducting Internal Audits including reconciliation of Physical Stock and assets on Monthly /Quarterly basis.
- Reconciliation of Contractor Physical Stock on Monthly / Quarterly basis.
- Responsible for MRHOV and uploading the same in PS2.
- Participate in Corporate audits with focus towards closing Open Action Points wherever applicable
- Responsible for security surveillance system and strict implementation.

3. Training & Team Building





- Responsible for subordinate development thereby ensuring team members are able to perform assigned tasks independently.
- Mentor and coach team members for efficient business deliverables.
- Create a high performing team adept at delivering superior business results.

4. MIS

- Responsible for preparation and circulating monthly scrap dashboard, expenses statement, surplus inventory for regional locations.

5. Organization imperatives

- Making sustainable improvements and record through Kaizens for self and team thereby achieving defined target points.
- Ensuring implementation of Business excellence, IMS & Safety initiatives.

Requisite Qualification

Essential

- Graduate in any discipline / Dip or Degree in Engg.

Requisite Experience

- Min 4 yrs for Diploma holders / Graduate in any discipline
- Min 2 yrs for Degree in Engg. with similar experience
