Zaribari is a luxury ethnic wear brand celebrating the richness of Indian craftsmanship, traditional artistry, and timeless elegance. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, manage the team, and ensure the smooth functioning of our fashion studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the fashion studio and ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate with designers, karigars, tailors, production staff, and other team members.
- Monitor garment production, sampling, finishing, quality control, and timely order completion.
- Maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, accessories, finished garments, and studio materials.
- Coordinate customer orders, appointments, fittings, dispatches, and client requirements.
- Ensure premium customer service and maintain the brand’s luxury standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external production partners.
- Maintain records of orders, production schedules, stock, and operational expenses.
- Support photoshoots, collection launches, exhibitions, and other brand activities when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve studio efficiency, team coordination, and overall productivity.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in studio management,



fashion retail, garment production, or a related role.
- Experience working with ethnic wear, bridal wear, designer wear, or luxury fashion brands is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, embroidery, finishing, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and solve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or basic inventory and order management tools.
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for Indian fashion and craftsmanship.
