Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, stock movement, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining stock accuracy, managing inward and outward records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure proper stock management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers or ERP systems.
- Handle inward and outward stock movements, including receiving, issuing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and initiate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Monitor expiry dates, damaged goods, and slow-moving or obsolete stock, where applicable.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, operations, and other departments.
- Manage vendor coordination and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Minimize stock losses, wastage,



and inventory discrepancies.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management is preferred.
- Previous experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in store or inventory management.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supplies, or distribution operations will be an advantage.
