Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We Five Hypermarket is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our upcoming Aloor branch. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, operational management, and team-handling skills, along with experience in the retail or hypermarket industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall daily operations of the hypermarket.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve business targets.
- Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and store productivity.
- Ensure proper inventory control, stock availability, and merchandising.
- Coordinate with purchase, billing, inventory, and other departments.
- Maintain store standards, discipline, attendance, and operational procedures.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare operational reports and support management in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant management qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or hypermarket operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, inventory, staff management, and store operations.
