Job Title: Store Manager – Retail

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead the store team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Execute promotional activities to increase sales and footfall.
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company policies.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or garments retail is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and POS billing systems.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
