Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Trivandrum.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities include driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and ensuring a clean, well-organized store environment. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, resolving concerns promptly,



and promoting a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Store

Manager will track key performance metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service
- Interpersonal skills: Strong Communication abilities for team coordination and customer interaction
- Operational skills: Store Management experience, including staff supervision and inventory handling
- Risk and security skills: Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures
- Relevant experience in retail fashion or apparel, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and use basic retail KPIs to drive performance
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfort working in office in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and peak seasons
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field is an advantage
