About the job The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional luxury retail experience aligned with Forest Essentials brand ethos. This role involves leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth store functioning through effective people, process, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve store sales targets and drive profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure brand standards in customer engagement, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishments.
- Resolve customer queries and handle escalations effectively.




- Track and report store performance metrics to Regional/Area Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capability.
- Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Preferred Experience

- Graduate degree.
- 4 6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Prior experience in luxury beauty, skincare, or lifestyle retail strongly preferred.
