- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet project requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Utilise ERP software to manage inventory, track stock movements, and generate reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Prepare and update stock control documentation, including bin cards, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials and supplies.
- Review and verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices for accuracy.




- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming materials and supplies for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Generate and analyse inventory reports to monitor stock levels, usage patterns, and trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure protected handling and storage of hazardous materials.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

Educational Qualifications bachelors Degree in any stream Must have 3-10 years of experience in Store Department.
